Contact ODLUCK
How to reach us about the site, privacy, or advertising.
Email us
The best way to reach the ODLUCK team is email. Write to contact@odluck.com. The plaintext address is contact@odluck.com—the same inbox linked from the site footer, About, and Privacy Policy.
We run a small set of free, browser-based random generators. There is no live chat or phone support. Email keeps a clear record and lets us answer carefully when a question touches privacy, ads, or how a tool works.
What to email about
Useful topics for this inbox include:
- Product feedback — bugs, unclear controls, accessibility issues, or ideas for a generator that would help classrooms, raffles, or prototypes.
- Privacy requests — questions about cookies, analytics, data rights, or how client-side generation relates to what third parties may collect when ads or measurement scripts are present. See our Privacy Policy for the baseline description.
- Advertising and policy — concerns about an ad on the site, publisher policy questions, or reporting content that appears broken or inappropriate next to our tools.
- Partnership or press — short, specific notes are welcome; we may not reply to every outreach.
Please do not send passwords, private keys, or other secrets. Our generators create values in your browser; we do not need sample outputs that contain real credentials.
What to include
A clear subject line and a few concrete details help us respond faster: the page URL (for example a tool or guide path), your browser and device if something looks wrong, and what you expected versus what happened. For privacy topics, say which right or concern you are asking about and which region you are writing from when that matters.
Response expectations
We aim to reply within a few business days. Volume varies, and messages about active privacy or safety issues are prioritized over general feature requests. Automated marketing pitches and bulk affiliate offers may go unanswered.
If your question is already answered on About, the Privacy Policy, or our tool guide, those pages are the fastest path—email is for follow-ups that still need a human answer.
